Can we measure Surface Roughness from FESEM Image using Gwyddion?

Can we measure Surface Roughness from FESEM Image using Gwyddion?

This depends on whether there is a surface height information in the
data. I would guess that there is not,
unless you do e.g some stereo imaging and surface reconstruction,
however I am not expert on SEM.
