Hi,

I am new to AFM and can not find an automatic solution for the following:
- I pull a protein and get thousands of curves
- In some of the case I did not touch and pull anything
- How can I filter/select those curves which were recorded when a
protein was touched?

We use Igor Pro. I did not find this option.
I know that bruker-nano has something like that, but...

I do not know gwyddion and I do not find this in the docs.
But you may know it or suggest something else.

Thanks for your help and suggestion in advance,
Tamas

For analysing force curves you can try:
OpenFovea: http://www.freesbi.ch/en/openfovea
Punias: http://punias.free.fr/
SPIP: http://www.imagemet.com/WebHelp/spip.htm#force_menu%2Ehtm
