[Gwyddion-users] Profiles x and y scales

Hello,

I'd like to extract profiles of my grains to a plot. I understand that
there is profiles tool but the x and y scales are in disagreement. Is there
a way I could change the settings to have them in the same unit?

Thanks,

Hello, the units adapt automatically to the range of values in the graph
so, for instance, x can be in micrometres and y in nanometres, and they
cannot be set manually. If you want to specify the units for a final
presentation, e.g. a paper, it may be anyway useful to export the curves
to a text file and plot them using a specialised graphing program such
as gnuplot since Gwyddion is not exactly the best graphing software in
the world...
