Hello all,

Does anybody have an automatic way to do measurements of pitch artifacts?

The calibration part in the manual seems to be regarding how to correct images after they have been measured.

But according to ISO 5435 (type C section 7.5) and later refering to ISO 3274. There seems to be an official way:

At least 12 section lines, measureing the distance between half peaks. And probably other details such as compensating for the angle and measuring several half peaks and then dividing.

I imagine something like using droplet analysis? Or using a graph function I have missed? Or am I better off just doing this outside gwyddion?

Regards,
Andres
